We envision employers able to integrate internationally trained individuals and build a diverse work environment, using immigrants' skills to best advantage. We believe that integrating immigrants into our communities is a reciprocally beneficial process, by which our whole society becomes transformed and grows. CASIP member organizations work collaboratively in the belief that working together - sharing strategies, best practices and resources - improves results for immigrants, employers and Canadian society.
