"There are many great success stories which will inspire both employers and job seekers."Employer SupportCASIP members work together to provide the best possible support for employers. We share job postings across organizations through our Employer Services Network, giving employers access to a broader pool of candidates. We also provide programs for employers on how to effectively integrate internationally trained people into their companies. CASIP is developing a program for recently hired ITIs to help them integrate once they have been hired. We will be promoting the program to employers, employer organizations and HR professionals. CASIP plans to work towards developing industry-specific guidelines and to creating cross-sector standards. We will be promoting dialogue events with employers to discuss their needs, challenges and experiences. |
